2. The charts below show the percentage of water used for different
purposes in six areas of the world.

The given pie charts illustrate the proportion of water used for
industrial, agricultural and domestic use in six distinct areas in the
world.

Overall, most of the water in six areas is spent on industrial and
agricultural activities while domestic operation consum a lower water
during the same time.

It is noticeable that Central Asia is the area which is the leader in the
amoun of used water for agricultural activities, at 88% while two remaining
factors only account for approximately 6% through the period shown.
Similarly, at about 80% the total used water in Africa and South East Asia
fell into agriculture and the these figures for industry and domestic
fluctuate between 7% and 12%.

However, the most considerable consumption for industrial use can be seen
in North America and Europe, at 48% and 53% respectively. In additon, the
biggest percentage in terms of used water consumtion in domestic activities
can be seen in South America.
