Occasionally, a person must determine a significant decision and it might influence the others. It’s really difficult to make a determination, therefore we shouldn’t do it by ourselves. We need consultant from our co-worker even some experts to improve the result and also avoid regret and nervous because of hasty preparation.

First, being independent should always encouraged, however don’t let a bad choice affected other people. For instance, when you work on a company, you should listen the group’s ideas and gather all of suggestion to make an important decision. It show your respect with co-worker and also your wisdom and there will be times you need some advices from experts to make a right choice and legitimate.

In some cases, we are put into a dilemma. In this situation, it’s hard to avoid the nervous feeling and a hurried determination may also make us regret. Especially, this decision have an effect on people around. Some suggestion from family and friends may let the issue obviously, and we confident to give a final decision. Alternatively, when you share your problems with the next ones, it also helps you reduce the stress effectively.

In summary, whenever you commit any important decision, it demands high responsibility and may deliver a positive or negative results. You might feel regret if you decide too hasty and some suggestions may also bring a better outcome. Consequently, a person should decide his or her choice after listening the ideas of people around.
