The data illustrates the information of how many people who paid a visit to Ashdown Museum in a course of two years before and after the moment when it was renovated.
It is noticeable that it is a higher number of customers visiting the museum after it became better. On top of that, visitors were more satisfied with a new museum than that in a year beforehand.
The number of visitors increased dramatically from 74 thousand people to 92 000 in a span of two years. Also, Ashdown Museum experienced a double growth in the number of visitors who rated very satisfied with the quality of their service. By contrast, there was a drastic reduce in the number of people rating dissatisfied from 40% to 15%.
The percentage for satisfied visitors rose a third to 40 per cent. However, it is interesting to note that the figures for people who did not response the survey were similar in two pie charts at five per cent.
