The bar chart below shows the percentage of Australian men and women in different age groups who did regular physical activity in 2010.
Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.

The bar chart compares the differences in number of Australian workers doing regular physical activity classified by age and gender in 2010.
Overall, it can be generally seen from the figure that women were radically superior to men in the total quantity of most age groups. Conversely, as regards the youngest group, the number of Australian males appeared to clearly overtook that of females.
Looking at the graph for more details shows that while approximately 52.8% of males from 15 to 24 joined physical activity, there seems to be a decline in such age groups 25 to 34 and 35 to 44, at around 42.2% and 39.5% respectively. Surprisingly, the proportion kept rising for remaining male groups from roughly 43.1% to 46.7%. Considering Australian female, there was an upward trend in number as the age growing from 15 to 54, from the lowest 47.7% to the highest 53.3%. After reaching 54, fewer females did physical activity than before. The percentage remained at 53% in the group 55 to 64 and decreased to 47.1% when females turned above 65 years old.
