By contrast, work environment is the least affective element for young people, at around 30 results. Advancement prospects and relaxed working environment are the second influential factors, at equally 80 results.
For older employers, wages affect their performance the most, at 70 results. Team spirit is the second influential factor to people who age 45-60, which is equal to that of group aged 18-30. In comparison, job security influenced least to older group, at 20 results.
