The chart below shows the total number of Olympic medals won by twelve different countries.
The bar chart compares 12 different countries in three kinds of medals that they have won at the Olympic games. Overall, it can be seen that USA is the most power country while they join this competition. It is also noticeable that the data of gold, sliver and bronze medals won by any particular country is quiet similar.
From the figures, it can be shown that USA is the most successful country because they won approximately 2300 medals in Olympic games, which includes 900 gold medals, 750 sliver medals and 650 bronze medals. The second successful country is the Soviet Union, having about 1050 medals. This country is similar with USA, the number of gold medals is slightly bigger than sliver and bronze medals.
Hungary and East Germany is the two countries have the same gold medals, which makes up around 200 gold medals. China is the different country, the total number of medals won by China is just 350 medals, but they have more 170 gold medals.
