Big salary is much more important than job satisfaction. Do you agree or disagree? Provide relevant examples if necessary.
Large amounts of salary has an important role to play in job than pleasure. I completely agree with the idea that salary is much more important. Firstly, this essay will discuss that big wage is much important because it brings a much more fulfilling life to people. It will also discuss that citizens have a tendency to be more motivated and to finish work early and perfectly to make a lot of money.
On the one hand, money brings a much more fulfilling life to people. The first reason is that money helps us shape a life of comfort and people get on well together. In fact, because of having much more money, people will take care of our parents and children in a better way. In this way, the children have chance to receive higher education like studying abroad. Another reason is that, without money, it will be very difficult for us to cure dangerous diseases such as cancers. For example, my neighborhood was poor and she had not enough money to go to the hospital to cure her heart disease. As a result, she died after a few months.
Citizens have a tendency to be more motivated and to finish work early and perfectly to make a lot of money. Firstly, thanks to money, people have power of motivation to tackle difficult problems in job. Moreover, money is considered the driving force so that people work better. Secondly, people will end earlier before. For instance, many companies often have policies to commend and reward the workers who carry out work perfectly.
In conclusion, for the above reasons, I believe that big salary is much more important than job satisfaction.
