      Cambridge 5 – Test 2
      Task1 : The charts below show the main reasons for study among students of different age groups and the amount of support they receive from employers.
      Answer :
      The bar charts compared the percentages the causes of studying and the figure of employer support and how these numbers changed in 5 different age groups.
      Overall we can see that the proportion of studying base on their interest have opponent trend with their ages and vice versa. And the support of employers to employees do not depend on age groups.
      In the first chart, the rates of studying for their career have a tendency of gradual decrease accounting to increasing of their age. The number of students are under 26 who aim to study for their career account for the highest percentage, both 26-29 group and 30-39 group have the constantly decline rate, only 70% and below 60%, respectively. While only 10% of students who are under 26 and around 15% of 26-29 groups who enrolling schools for their interest. At the 40-49 age group, the rate of both purpose groups are equal, just over 40%. There are a suddenly change at over 49 age group. The number of people study for career and interest That are below 20% and exactly at 70% proportionately.
      Looking at the employer support’s number, this figure fluctuated constantly at different age groups. The group account for the highest percentage is under 26, about over 60%. The second and third high proportion are 26-29 group and over 49. At 32% and 42%, respectively. Finally, 30-39 group is only over 30% which is the lowest rate in all of group.

      Task2 : Topic: In some countries young people are encouraged to work or travel for a year between finishing high school and starting university studies.

      After leaving high schools, it are advised that some young people should spend a year on seeking a job or travelling. Both these decisions have their own benefits and back- draws
      On the one hand, there are some disadvantages of seeking a job or going discovery the world. Firstly, students may meet a lots of challenges. They can get at risk in the travelling as robes and rapes. They also may be sick in climate changes and this is quite dangerous while they are not standing by their family. Another back-draw is that they may have negative overviews about the real world after the first shock of life without spending several years in universities. Because they are too young and lack of experience to solve these problems. For example, a young student will be shock in a drastic competitive environment of a company. This leads to negative sense of students.
      On the other hand, decision to work or travel as soon as graduated high school is beneficial in some ways. Firstly, young people can learn a lots of society skills from experiencing such as communication skill and solve problems skill which is necessary tools for their future job. As a result of they become more mature and easier success than others. For example, My best friend spent a year after graduated high school to seek a part-time job, every she have to work a range different jobs and interact with variety of people, therefore she good at communication and easily solve problems in her life. Furthermore , working and travelling also expand the horizon of students and give them a large of source knowledge about culture all around the world. And it help them to understand more about the real world, about their own passion and confident to enroll universities. For instance, as I also spend a long time to discovery almost of provinces in my country, this touch me many things which is not only knowledge about culture of regions, but also about the way how do people get rich.
      In conclusion, it is true that choosing to work or travel have both their unique advantages and disadvantages. However, it is based on each individual’s point of view.
