The figures show how cement is produced for, and the way it is used to make concrete for building purposes.
Overall, there are 6 main stages in the process of producing concrete which includes 4 stages of cement production process, beginning with crushing limestone and clay into small species and ending with the concrete production by rotating the cement with other ingredients.
Firstly, limestone and clay are crushed by two separate crushers into a powder before being mixed in a tubular mixer at the next step. Thirdly, they are melted by a rotating heater. After melting the powder, they use a grinder for grinding them into cement which is packaged at the 4 stage.
The cement is then used to produce concrete by adding water, sand and gravel together with a particular rate, 15%, 10%, 25%, 50% respectively into a very large mixer at stage 5. The entire process concludes after the machine rotates the mixture which is now called concrete.
