The diagrams illustrate the process of making cement and how concrete are made with different ingredients including cement.
Overall, there are five stages of producing cement and 4 main ingredients including cement to make concrete.
In the cement production, the first stage is that limestone and clay are crushed together by a crusher into powder. The next step is the powder are delivered to a mixer to be well mixed before propelling to the rotating heater. After being heated, the mixture is conveyed to a grinder where cement is final product. The final stage is to pack those cement into bags before manufacturing.
The cement is next used to produce concrete. Concrete are formed by the mixture of 4 main ingredients: 15% of cement, 10% of water, 25% of sand and 50% of gravel- small stones. They put the mixture in a concrete mixer until having the final result which is concrete.
