[Le Viet Quynh]

Dear Sir,
I’m writing to complain about the dishes which my family was served in your restaurant last Saturday. I’m Quynh Le, visited your restaurant on last Saturday for dinner. My family has come to your restaurant many times before and the food was very great and reasonable. But when we came there last week, everything is changed.
First of all, staff’s service was very slow. We were hungry and talked with servant that we need a dish which can be eaten immediately. She suggested us some dishes but we must wait for until 30 minutes to get our order.
Secondly, the food was so cold that we were afraid of eating it. We called `’okomiyaki”, “takoyaki” and hot pot which the dishes I like best in your restaurant but the taste was terrible in that time. I don’t know why everything became to worse like that.
I will appreciate if you have some actions to check and improve the food and staff’s skill. I hope we can back to your restaurant and receive the perfect value which we had.
