Describe a piece of clothing that is your favorite
You should say:
-what is it and when you bought it.
-where you bought it from
-why you decided to buy it.
-explain why it is your favorite.
Answer:
I would like to talk about one of my shirt which I and my sister went shopping last week. Actually, this shirt is a hand me down from my sister. My sister is a shopaholic and purchases a lot of fashion items when she goes shopping. You can never imagine how much space her clothes take up. My mother usually jokes at her that her cupboard looks like a mini fashion shop. She spent a lot of money on buying clothes but she only wears them two times at least. So, she often tells me to wear them instead of purchasing new ones so that I can make cutbacks on my pocket money. At first, I refused to this proposal because her stylist clothing is different from me. I fond of putting on casual clothing but she is inversely. When I saw this shirt, I changed my mind and take it.
It is a gender-neutral shirt with a minimalist design- it has white color which is suit me quite well and only a small slogan on it saying: “we are feminist “. With that simple design, I find it extremely easy to mix and match with other items such as jeans, skirt and so on. I can put off it when going out with my friend or travelling.
