Some people say that young people learn useful skills by playing electronic and computer games. Others say that young people who play electronic and computer games are wasting their times. Discuss both views and give you opinion.
The topic centering on whether the young generation should play online games or not has become an open-ended question in recent years. While some individuals believe that it had better for students to learn functional knowledge through enjoying computer games, I would argue that it is time consuming when they spend too much time on playing electroic entertaainments.
On the one hand, there are several reasons why young aldults can pick up useful skills from computer games. Firstly, enjoying games is the good way to learn foreign languages. Because, games ` programs provide a wide range of foreign languages and they can choose a language which are suitable or similar to enhance their lingustic study. Besides, the frequent apperance of words and images on games make it possible for young students to learn vocabulary easier than traditional learning method. Secondly, when they play a game, they have to focus on their game and try to be a winner by quick and skilled reaction which is an essential skill in their lives.
On the other hand, I believe that young people should not play online or offline games too much due to the waste of time. The first reason is once they too focus on playing games, they cannot concentrate on their studies. Because they are a big fan of electronic entertainments, playing games is top priority instead of their studies, which lead to the decrease in their results. Furthermore, a few of bad programs have an adverse impact on both their thinking and society. Violent games, for example, can lead to actions such as murder. This results to increase the juvenile crime.
In conclusion, although useful knowledge can be obtained by playing games, speading too much on these is the waste of time.
