Topic: Some people think that governments should give financial support to creative artists such as painters and musicians. Others believe that creative artists should be funded by alternative sources. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.
Some people believe that creative artists should be provided income by the governments whereas others think that the fund should better come from different sponsors. While people who work in artistic area should be taken for granted by the authorities for their devotion, it seems to me that they should raise their own budgets from other sources and people who are interested in their work.
On the one hand, it is undeniable that artists are true workers who create a great and colourful aspect to society. Wonderful masterpieces always require painters and musicians have to dedicate their time, effort as well as talent to accomplish hence bring joy to life. In addition, the results can even raise the productivity and quality in work and in life. Therefore, governments should financially support creative artists as a motivation for developping their career.
On the other hand, I believe that it is better idea to encourage artists to find their own sponsors and collectors. There are many financial-related issues for the government to deal with and the nation budget is usually limited so they must place a high priority on those problems instead of supporting artists. As the result, artists should acknowledge the situation and asking for financial aid from other sources such as individuals or organisations that have actual interest in their work and willing to help them to pursuit the passion.
In conclusion, there are good reasons why creative artists should be funded by the government, but in my opinion they should look for different sponsorship by their own for the benefits of community.Kindly have a look at my evalutation of your work. Feel free to leave a comment.
