The diagram explains the way in which coffee is manufactured to pack and sell by a dry method.
As can be seen in the picture, there are twelve stages in the process, beginning with sorting stage by hand and culminating in selling final products.
In the initial phase, coffee beans are sorted manually. Next, they are cleaned in the sieving process before drying in the sun for four consecutive weeks. Following this, when the coffee beans are completely dryed, they are raked and turned frequently. In the next stage, they are contained in a tall sido and delivered to factory by a large truck. After that, they are hulled to smaller pieces by workers. In the step eight, the beans are filtered in a grading process with using a bracket. Then, beans are packed into bags and sold in the market. In the following step, beans are roasted and to be be ready for consumers.Attachments:
