It is clear that the town underwent a great urbanization, with many forest areas being cleared.
In 2009, The Large house with gargens was replaced by Hotel with golf course. Additionally, there was a conversion of the streets of houses with public garden nearby into apartment blocks and houses.The most noticeable change could be witnessed in the north-western area, with the woodland turning into an adventure park. Some factories and warehouses were put up along the railway.
The north of the town saw an increase in the number of houses, leading to a decrease in park size in 2009. The school was relocated to the other side of the river bank,making way for shopping complex. Shops and Hospital was the only two places to remain unchanged.
