The first chart below shows how energy is used in an average Australian household. The second chart show the greenhouse gas emissions which result from this energy use.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant

The first pie chart illustrates the proportions of five categories for which energy is used in an average Australian family and the second pie chart compare the proportions of greenhouse gas emitted by these factors.
It is clear that the vast majority of household energy is used for heating and water heating purposes and they also emit the most amount of greenhouse gas, while cooling is the least in terms of both greenhouse gas emission and energy consumption.
42% of total energy in a household was used for heating demand, making it the most energy-consuming factor, its greenhouse gas emission is only 15%. In contrast, water heating accounts for 30% of energy consumption resulting in the highest proportion of greenhouse gas (32%).
Other appliances averagely consume 14% of total energy but 28% of total amount of greenhouse gas stems from these devices. Refrigeration comprises 7% of household power consumption while its proportion of greenhouse gas was two times higher. Power consumed for lighting purposes as well as its greenhouse gas rate both remain under 8%. The least power-consuming factor goes to cooling of which the percentages of energy consumption and greenhouse gas emission at 2% and 3% respectively.
