Topic: Describe a popular meal from your country that you like to eat.

There are many delicious food in my country such as noodle, rice, bread. But I really like the food in my hometown which is pancake. Pancake is called another name “banh xeo”. It is made from rice flour, water and spice. To make it, firstly, the cook must mix rice, water and spice. Secondly, they boil a little cooking oil into pan. And then, they pour mix rice flour, water into boiling cooking oil. After about three minutes, they have pancake.
As you know, Asian has plant much rice-field. So much meal is made from rice, and “banh xeo” is too. In rainy weather, in my hometown, people usually cook “banh xeo”. Each family often strapless halo together in winter to make pancake in order to miss the cold winter. At that time, when my mom cook them, it always makes my mouth water.
So, I really like this food, because it associates my childhood and life.
