Some people think that developing countries need financial help from international organizations. Others think that it is practical aid and advice that is needed. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.
People have different views about whether developing nations should be granted by wealthy ones. While a number of people believe that this approach could bring about enormous and positive changes to their country, I would argue that receiving practical aid and advice from affluent countries is much more reasonable.
On the one hand, there are a variety of reasons why financial assistance should be given to countries having administration and economic systems difficulties. With direct donate and investment, these underdeveloped nations could alleviate many economic problems. For example, Vietnam received ODA (Official development aid) from Japan to improve infrastructure such as hospitals, schools, roads and so on, which gradually raises the living standard of millions of Vietnamese. Besides, monetary aid from international organizations can be used for enhance agriculture and industrial development in poor countries. This could create many jobs for resident, lift the community out of street violence, crime and social chaos.
On the other hand, practical assistance and guidance are more valuable to the sustainable development of underprivileged countries, as they will learn how to operate in a more effective way, particularly diplomacy and the resolution of concerning internal issues like poverty, unemployment. Additional, empirical support and advice from developed nations may help poorer countries come up with long-term solutions to their problems. That is reason why it is more significant to provide developing countries with programs that send high-level experts in diverse fields from science to medication, from law to social work to train local workers and introduce advanced technologies. By doing this, we could create a more productive and independent workforce in these countries, which has a long lasting and fundamental impact on their economies and societies.
