Some people believe that there should be a fixed punishment for each type of crime. Others, however, argue that the circumstances of an individual crime, and the motivation for committing it, should always be taken into account when deciding on the punishment.

Many individuals say that distinctive offenders have to receive different permanent prison sentences. While, other people say that there are many aspects to judge a crime. I would argue that it is better when finding reasons why a offender has unlawful actions.
On the one hand, there are two principal reasons why offenders should be punished by inflexible chastisements. One reason is that, having a variety of codes were compiled by government agencies for each type of crime. Murderers, for instance, must be imprisoned for many years or even for the rest of their lives. They have to face loss the freedom, social isolation and separation from their loved ones. Another reason is that, this is a great way to apply these similar circumstances. It is obvious advantage that fixed punishment for each sort of offender will deal with a large number of energy and saving time for judgers studying particular chastisements in the shortest possible time. It helps government rise significantly the power and influence on behavior of residents.
On the other hand, I believe that the chastisements which were released should rely on many factors of private offenders, and motivation for committing it. Firstly, not every situations have suitable punishments. Some circumstances lead to the death of victims may be caused by accidents without relating specific purposes. Secondly, there are a lot of aspects having to concern before deciding punishments. For example, parents of crime have devoted their life to Party or social service or even crimes have contributed their knowledge greatly to nation before full foul of the law. They may have chances to cut down the punishments.
In conclusion, it seems evident that to punish one offender effectively depends on many factors and reasons for creating unlawful actions, although using the same chastisements are a good way to use.
