Dear Mr. Son,

I am writing this letter to inform you that I cannot continue working at your charity organization as a volunteer anymore.

In the last one year, I have extremely been enjoying the job of teaching the orphans in your charity school. Seeing the kids every day and training them to read and write have made me feel the meaning of life.

However, as I will be coming into my last year of tertiary education, it is essential for me to spend more time attending lectures, finishing my internship and preparing my final assignment. As a result, I am afraid that I am too busy to prolong my current voluntary work in your orphanage from next month.

Finally, I would like to introduce my sister who is a first year university student to you to see whether she is suitable for your organization. She is enormously kind and helpful so that she should be pleased to teach the young children. It would be grateful if you could arrange a meeting with her next week to discuss further.
