You bought a TV a week ago but when you got home you discovered it did not work properly. You called the customer service to report the problem but you have not received any help.

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter regarding some issues with a television that I purchased from your store last week.
I would like to start by introducing myself. My name is Truong Nguyen and I have been a customer to Ben Thanh electronics store for two years. Last week, my wife and I decided to buy a new Panasonic plasma TV for our living room because the old one was obsolete and no longer fit the room.
The new TV was running perfectly when I tested at the store. Unfortunately, after everything was set in my living room, I faced some problems with the screen. It kept flashing black and white, and there were a lot of red dots on the right corner whenever it was turned on. I have reported to the customer service but, so far, I have not received any call.
As the screen is quite big and I cannot bring it back to the store, I would like you to send someone to my house to have a look. My wife is at home most of the time so you send support any time during the day.
