Dear Sir or Madam,
My name is Truong Nguyen and I am writing this letter with regard to a tablet that I left on your train during my trip to Hanoi.
Allow me to give a brief description of my lost item. It was a grey iPad Pro which was the 11-inch version and made in 2018. The cover on the outside of my iPad was white with a big red `Supreme’ logo in the middle. I also had my name tagged on the right corner of the cover.
I believe that I lost the iPad on the train departed from Ho Chi Minh City to Hanoi. The departure time was 9 am on the 16[th] of August and it arrived at Hanoi gas station at 9 am yesterday. My seat was in the VIP cabin of the train; unfortunately, I cannot remember exactly the seat number.
I suggest that you send someone to have a look at the private locker under my seat. I believe my iPad would still be there if there was not any VIP traveler in that seat after me.
