The line graph compares and contrasts the quantity of enquiries received by the Tourist Information Office and divided in 3 different categories: in person, by letter and by telephone during a half-year period in 2011.

Overall, the figures for person and telephone were similar in terms of a general increase. However, the number of enquiries by letter/email experienced a contrast throughout a whole period before ending with the lowest position in June.

In the first month of 2011, there were around 900 and 400 enquiries by telephone and in person respectively. While starting with only a half of telephone’s statistics, the figures for person saw a sharp growth and reached nearly 1900 in June, became the most common method by which Tourist Information Office received its enquires. Meanwhile, for telephone, the number reduced by 100 in February before remaining exactly the same at 1000 from March to April. It then improved to reach its highest point at 1600.

Letter/email’s statistics did not change as much as other two methods’ while they did suffer from a considerable decline. In Jan, the information office received nearly 800 enquiry letters and emails from customers. This number then remained stable for 2 months before reducing dramatically to under 400 in June.
