The diagram shows how Liverton docks have changed since 1980.

The two pictures show infrastructural differences in Liverton docks between 1980 and today. Overall, in these days, there have been more new and converted buildings in this area compared to the past.
As can be seen from the first picture, there were some warehouses along with the riverbank in 1980. A special feature could be observed is that commodities were transported by ships on the river, which leaded to the coast. There are two cranes on the left and right river side.
Regarding the second picture, many changes have been recorded during the period shown. On the north of the river, the two warehouses were replaced by an Education center and a Kid’s playing area while sailing club occupied the position of a crane. On the South of the river, the appearance of river walk was seen next to riverbank, the government constructed a new hotel, an apartment to take the place of a crane and a warehouse. Besides, a parking also was built for this dock. On the river, there were no ships other than a ship museum. On the flow leading to the sea, a bridge and a flood barrier crossing the river were constructed.
