Money for postgraduate research is limited ,some people think that finacial
support from governmets should be provided for sciencific research .Do you
agree or disagree?

There is no doubt that postgraduate researchs have been providing money
from government.While some people give opinion that subsidy for these
rearchs is not adequate,I agree with this statement.

It is irrefutable that science plays an important role in the developments
of country.Firstly , scientific breakthrough ensures basic needs in our
lifes as well as acts as an incentive for improving life quality.in fact,
by the advances in technology not only accomplish works but also gain
access to the world even remote areas .This benefit seems to help reduce
the gap between rich countries and poor countries.Secondly , science seems
to be likely to solve some hot potatos .For example , since medice has been
developing , it acts as an deterrent for various epidemic diseases such as
H5N1-a kind of serious disease over the period of 2005,which decrease dead
people in the world.

It is true that less subsidies for postgraduate researchs make scientist
abandon their job.They reckon that sciencific research is a long and
difficult process so that the amount of money which authority supported is
not appropriciate with their efforts after graduation.This reason have a
part in scientist follows other careers.Beside,they must earn living for
their family and themselves .It is not deniable that they are difficult to
ensure fundamental life in Viet Nam,which make them less interest in
science after leaving schools.

In conclusion , authority should invest more fund for scientific researchs
especially postgraduate researchs.The government can either allocated their
budget or invite donations from the public.
