Cac ban chua bai gium minh nhe.
Many thanks.
Transportation and accommodation problems are increasing in many cities, so governments encourage businesses to move to rural areas. Do advantages outweigh the disadvantages?
In recent years, many cities in the world have seen an alarming increase in term of traffic and accommodation problem. As a result, these authorities stimulate companies to move to the countrysides. In my opinion, this has more benefits than drawbacks.
On the one hand, this trend has some disadvantages. Firstly, the flow of enterprises moving from cities may bring the urbanization to remove areas. As a consequence, this leads to the pollution in these countrysides. Long an provice, for instance, after 5 years of industrialization, its environment is heavily polluted now, especially in air. Secondly, because of overcrowding rapidly, the peaceful sightseeings in the countryside will be no longer as attractive as before. Therefore, it is highly likely that the tourism industry will be affected adversely due to the few visitors.
On the other hand, the industrialization has many positive effects on the development of these areas. On top of that, the running of many factories brings countless jobs for local people. As a result, there are improvements in their income and quality of living. In addition, the more companies operate, the more taxes the local authorities will collect. For this reason, the public services in the countryside will be enhanced by building new hospitals, roads, and schools. For example, the inhabitants in Binh Duong – a new developing province can use health services in their new hospitals instead of going to Ho Chi Minh city for treatment. Thus, there is an obvious link between industrialization and benefits for rural areas.
In conclusion, although there are several disadvantages of this moving, it seems to me that its advantages are higher.
