Some people think that e-books are the depth of paper books while other think that paper books will never disappear. Discuss both sides of the argument and give your opinion.
It is often argued that eBooks are gradual replacing traditional books, meanwhile others believe that paper books still being seen as an optimal choice for readers. Personally, I think it is such a great idea if readers can combine both of these options.
On the one hand, the eBook is the product of modern society where people ask for the convenience in almost every object they use. Therefore, the accessibility of eBooks which can be brought along easily is one of the best advantage of it. Moreover, owning an eBook is not only cheaper than printed one but also save the amount of paper that is used every day for paper books. This can play an integral role on the reduction of cutted trees. However, the drawback of reading eBooks can affect on both our health and attention. Because of the blue light from the screen which we interact with while we read, people can easily get Digital Eyes Strain. Furthermore, notifications from social media such as Facebook, Zalo, can also distract reader while they reading.
On the other hand, despite the above mentioned ideas, bibliophiles still love traditional books because of the variety of its value. Initially, each part of physical book shows readers the joy of being interacted directly such as the smell of paper, the material of pages and enjoying the tactile sense of each page. In addition, we can pay all of our attention to the flow of story without being distracted , indeed it is easier for us to comprehend its meaning deeply. Nevertheless, paper books is inconvenience in case it rains because the paper gets wet, the word will be blurred and its shape can be in poor condition.
In conclusion, while eBooks proves its advantage through the convenience, the stable as well as the comprehension of paper books still being love by bibliophiles.Kindly check!
