      In companies ,promotions to high positions should be given to employees
      inside the company and not to somebody outside the company or new
      hiring.What is your opinion?

      In recent decades, promotion opportunities has been receiving a great deal
      of public attention.Although managers are likely to job-share high position
      for employee outside the company,the best ways is given it to employees
      inside company.

      It is clear that members in an organization are conductive to understand
      desire networks,which a key role to move up the career ladder.First ,
      because having a long time work together with other members,employers who
      are old members will receive supportive work colleagues especially optimal
      employer,this accelerate labor productivity.For example ,If a boss runs own
      his bussiness,it is necessary to contribute lots ideas from employees
      specially all members help by their soul,which take steps to pursue
      success.Secondly ,Because of being old members,new employer acquire skills
      to be a good team player.In fact,employers used to be a member belong to a
      team takes work easy because this person familiar to style-working of
      team,which seems as deterrent for some confilcts in the workplace.

      Old members in the corporation seem to be the person who suitable for high
      position such as manager .They had been working in the company as long as
      manager can understand their strength and weakness.It is easy to assign a
      task to these employer then they continue to work with their team-mate
      ,which acccelerate labor productivity .Beside ,these ones totally know the
      way how company runs such as work with old partner.For example ,because of
      being familiar with partner who used to work with this company,these
      employers take step to achieve good sentiment ,which is a important part to
      reach the peak of successful career.

      In conclusion , old employees are the best choice for high position in
      work.Manager should find out many talented people in company and training
      them as soon as they can.
