The old generations often hold traditional ideas about the correct way of life, thinking and behavior. However, some people think that these ideas are not helful for young people to prepare for modern life. To what extent do you agree or disagree ?
In recent decades, with the development of society, more and more traditional cultures and customs are likely to disappear. While people think that cultural ideas of the elder generation are not suitable for the young generation in the modern lives, I believe that these play an important role in the youngsters ` behavior and thinking in current trends.
On the one hand, there are several reasons why traditional prospects are not helful for young people to prepare for future life. The first reason is the gender inequality. In present lives, a variety of older people hold the ideas that males are always priority over than females in many aspects. For example, boys have more opportunities to pursue the advannced educational system while girls does not. This problem can lead to the inequality between men and women, and the girls are disadvantageous compared to boys. The next reason is the chosen jobs for future life. Older people tend to make a decision in secure jobs with no challenge, no diffilulty. Therefore, young aldults fail to get exposed to promoted opportinities in their career or they cannot afford to solve serious problems in their life.
On the other hand, a few of traditional views are now suitable for the young generation in both present and future lives. Firstly, the charactersistics of assiduousness and hard-working are also maintained in the young people ` thinking and the way of behaving. Elder people tend to try their best and be hard working in their works to acheive their targets, while young aldults now often give up soon when facing any problems. Secondly, others traditional behavior being helful for all young generation nowadays is politeness and good manner. With th politeness in communication, youngsters can made a good impression when contacting with other people and it will help them a lot for not only their job but also their social networking.
In cinclusion, although several traditional views and cultures of older people seem not suitable for contemporary life, it also brings a variety of benefits and it should be preserved and maintained.[22:17:26, 6/7/2017] Cám ơn các bạn!
