4. (19/09/2015) Everyone should become vegetarian because they do not need to eat meat to have a healthy diet. Do you agree or disagree?
People believe that eating on a diet as a vegetarian is good for their health since meat doesn’t play a crucial role to balance nutrition intake for each meal. From my perspective, I strongly support for staying away from consuming meat; however, the core value of the trend should be human values and environment.
On the one hand, individuals ought to keep a healthy diet by eliminating the amount of meat in dishes. The first reason is detrimental influences on people’s health. To be specific, according to scientific statistics, it is obvious that the more amount of meat citizens consume, the more potential they suffer from chronic diseases such as heart, respiratory problems as well as some types of cancer. Furthermore, there is a host of alternative food to help people get rid of the risks. For example, the dominant nutrition of meat is protein, which is adequate in vegetables and fruits such as mushrooms, avocados, spinach and a wide range of beans. Therefore, savvy consumers can utilize those nourishing products to protect a healthful life.
On the other hand, it is necessary for mankind to take up the habit as moral responsibilities. In terms of educating children, that is so vicious and barbaric when the human deprives animal’s existence of food, which will lead to violent development in their foreseeable future. In addition, when it comes to the environment, industrial animal agriculture has to take almost responsibilities for deforestation and land degradation due to land lots for growing grass and constructing barns for farm animals. Moreover, the compost from the herds of cattle is in charge of greenhouse gas emission, followed by global warming.
In conclusion, in my opinion, it is necessary to call a campaign to reduce the amount of meat in the diet for sociological standards.
