The chart give data on the total school spending in the UK in 1981, 1991 and 2001.
      Answer:
The pie graph makes a comparison of total school expenditures in the United Kingdom in 3 years, namely 1981, 1991 and 2001.
Overall, the largest spending was on teacher’s salaries, while the smallest one on insurance. In addition, expenses spent on other categories changed relatively significantly over the period.
In 1981, insurance accounted for only 2% of school budget, in contrast to 40% of that spent on teacher’s salaries. Until 2001, the amount of money spent on insurance rose to 8%, an increase of 6%. Simultaneously, the figure for teacher’s salaries grew to 45% after reaching its peak of 50% in 1991.
Expenditures on other worker’s salaries in 1981 was 28%, compared to the same amount of 15% on the 2 remaining categories. However, in 2001 the percentage of expenses on other worker’s salaries and resources fell to 15% and 9%, respectively. Nevertheless, the proportion of spending on furniture and equiptment was boosted to 23% in 2001, after a decrease of 10% to 5% in 1991.
