In recent years, water pollution has been a focus of environmentalists around the world. The environmental disaster occurs due to the illegal dumping of chemical waste from industrial companies and the abuse of chemical fertilizers in daily practices of agriculture. The problem has led to serious issues to both sea animals as well as human being.

The water pollution could be traded back to 2 primary reason: the wastes of industrial companies and the modern agriculture practice. In 2010, a scandal in Viet Nam showed that big companies like Ajinomoto, Formusa, etc had dumped their chemical waste to the ocean without any treatment for those water. This led to the discoveries of other companies in the world who have been doing the same thing for years and it resulted to critical water pollution of the surrounding area. Furthermore, the increase popular of using chemical fertilizers to yield the crops has polluted the water resources. Those chemicals soak in to the underwater lines, go to the ocean and destroy the ocean ecosystem.
As the result, the dangerous water pollution threatens the live of sea creatures as well as the human race. In a recent report from the Ocean Institute, more than 500 species of fishes and marine animals are extinct over the last decade and the problem is growing. Moreover, the water pollution have caused some serious diseases for human like conjunctivitis, digestive diseases and worst of them all, digestive cancers.
In conclusion, water pollution could be trade back to the wrongful practice of human, both in industrial and agricultural world. It causes the extinctions of many sea creatures as well as heath problem for the mankind. People need to be awake of this situations and work on way to improve it.
