Pressure on the school and university students is increasing and students are pushed to hard work when they are young. Do you think it is a positive or negative development?

Students usually have depression from their school and university when they have to spend all time to difficult work and study throughout their youth time. While I accept that this may suit many people, I believe that the youth could receive more disadvantage in hard working.

On the one hand, students will be easily familiar with work and their workload as reality working. When young people choose a tough work, they could sharpen their ability to solve problems and deal with pressures at work in future. For example, if a student is a organizer for a content or event, she or he has to deal with many works in a short time such as a week or a month. Therefore, this student has circumstances to significantly pratice the solving problems skills. Besides, if students could normally do a challenging work, they would quickly adopt to heavy workload as well as improving their essential skills.
On the other hand, it is the negative effect for students when they have to bear depression in a long term. In a general view, because of lacking experiences to keep balance between study and work, the youth would have a severe growth. For instance, a professional worker has the experience to basically solve their sudden problem with short time, while a normal student could take a long time to solve their unpredictable trouble at work. As a result, they feel scared of work and unwilling to do a challenging project when almost their experience may be the failure. Besides. it could make the youth reduce their confident and enthusiastic to try or do a new work.
In conclusion, it is true that difficult work gives students a lot of benefits by training their skills and experiences, it seems to be increased negative consequences for students for the long time.
