What are the problems for young people who are living in the cities as the result of continued growth ? How problems might be solved ?</span></b>

It is true that the number of modern cities is accelerating these days. When living in urban areas, young people are faced with a variety of difficulties. However, I believe that these problems can be mitigated by adopting several solutions, as now will be discussed.

There are several problems that the young citizens have to cope with when they live in large cities. Firstly, it is obvious that the cost of living in cities is much higher than that of rural areas. Fresh graduates often receive low levels of income, which means that they sometimes cannot cover all the high living expenses such as accommodation and transportation cost. As the result, they hardly enjoy their life because of severe financial strain put on them. Secondly, because an increasing number of people now migrate to urban areas to look for employment opportunities, it is difficult for young candidates to compete with experienced ones for working positions.

However, a range of measures can be taken to alleviate this issue. The most important solution, in my opinion, is to invest in rural areas. If the infrastructure in the outskirts is upgraded, more company will relocate their business to these areas, which will create more job opportunities for rural citizens. The migration from the countryside to the city, therefore, may less severe. Another remedy is that government should impose policy priority for people in rural areas such as giving them free access to academic education or low interest loan, so that they can take these advantages to develop their own countryside.

In conclusion, the young have to encounter many obstacles when they choose to live in modern cities, but a course of action can be taken to combat these problems
