The diagram illustrates the procedure of coffee manuafacture and preparation for sale on the market.

Overall, there are 11 stages in the process of producing coffee, beginning with picking the coffee beans and ending with packaging.

Looking at the coffee production in details, coffee beans are firstly collected by hand from the fields. At the next stage, the collected beans are kept dried under the sunlight. After that, they are roasted and then cooled rapidly before being put in a grinding machine, which turns the beans into coffee granules.

At the sixth stage, the coffee powder is mixed with hot water. After the hot mixture is strained, it is passed to another section to get frozen. Afterwards, the frozen mixture is again transferred to the grinder. Before being packed into jars to deliver to supermakets and shops at the final step, the coffee powder is dried in a vacuum so that water evaporates, resulting in coffee granules.
