The chart shows how to produce bricks for the industrial constructions.
Overall, there are 7 main stages in the process of manufacturing bricks, beginning with using digger for taking clay and ending with sending the produce to building places.
The process commences with original cray is taken by digger. The next stage is using metal grid to take rocks from clay which is carried straight after by roller. The next step is baking sand, water, and clay together. When the mixture shaped hard, using wire cutter or mound to split it into smaller bricks. Following this, the bricks are dried in drying oven from one to two days.
Subsequently, workers let those bricks stay in kiln in moderate temperature from 200°C to 900°C, then higher the temperature to around 850°C to 1300°C. After that, the bricks are put in cooling chamber to be lowered down the temperature for two to three days. Bricks then are packaged in the verge of sending them easily. The process concludes with delivering the products to customers.Attachments:
