1. The flowchart below shows the process involved in completing the work experience requirement for university students.

The given chart illustrates how university students complete their work experience requirement and when they need to submit the report. Overall, there are 4 stages in completing the report, beginning with application to workplace and ending with report submission.
At the first stage, among approved list, students will contact to have interviews with workplaces that are appropriate and potential for their career path. Also, students should apply to companies which they are interested in. In the next stage, students are in need of professor’s approval when they receive the acceptance from company.
After that, to balance between working and studying, students are not allowed to work more than 10 hours for a week over 20 weeks. Then, weekly Report Form should be finished and sent to professor in Fridays. Finally, it is necessary for students to hand in their Final Report before last week of spring semester. When Work Experience Requirement Credits are fulfilled, there will be reward for submitting final report.
