The chart shows how bricks are produced for the building industry.
There are 7 main stages in this process, beginning with digging up the clay and ending with delivering the bricks.
On the first step, people dig clay up by big digger. Subsequently, clay is placed on a big metal grid to get rid of oversized pieces. The small pieces fall down a roller. In the next stage of the process, sand and water are added to clay and this composite is cut by a wire cutter or mould, that is how the bricks are sharped.
The process continues with putting the bricks inside a drying oven within 24-48 hours. In the next stage, those bricks are fired at a moderate temperature around 200-980[o]c in a special kiln. Afterward, they continue being heated at a high temperature about 870-1300[o]C and then they are put inside a cooling chamber in 48-72 hours. After packaged, the bricks are delivered to the market.Attachments:
