Space travel is now possible and some say that space tourism may probably developed in the future. To what extent do you agree?
The advent technologies allow people to travel to unprecedented places, especially space. While some argue that we may promote the development of space tourism in the future, I would believe that this trend could bring several clear disadvantages for the following justifications.
To begin with, there are a variety of obvious reasons why space tourism could be developed in the coming years. First and foremost, human beings could have golden opportunities to experience new environment in space, which helps them to study and enrich knowledge about space as well as feel sense of excitement and satisfaction when they could spend time in space. To illustrate, some explorers are willing to travel space a couple of months to get over their anxiety and fear to learn new things such as plants, water and living organisms outside the earth. Secondly, traveling to space bring us new chances to find new living places due to overpopulation in our earth. Since some investors could visit in reality to evaluate the environment, these entrepreneurs may have positive plans to develop and bring people to new lands far away from our world.
However, I argue that travelling to does not a good tendency for the benefits of people. The first main reason would be that this action could be processed for well-off people who can afford a significant money to attend this kind of tour. As a consequence, space tourism could not be developed because of the lack of potential travelers. Another possible reason is that there are many places in the world need to be invested funds in lieu of squandering money for space. Taking African areas as a prime example, local people are facing with the shortage of technological advancement including facilities, agricultural systems and education on the grounds that their government does not have enough national budget to install and upgrade their living conditions.
In conclusion, traveling space has some merits for people to some extent; however, I believe that this trend could not a good choice to invest money in the future.
