      Some people believe that studying at university or college is the best route to a successful career, while others believe that it is better to get a job straight after school.
      Answer:
      There are a lot of young people wondering whether go on studying at university or college or stop and seek a job. While there are benefits to achiving higher education, there are also good reasons why it might be benificial to working straight after school.
      On the one hand, it is attractive to having a job since several reasons. Firstly, having a job help them live independently by their own income or even support their family. Secondly, by working, young people intend to become more mature. They learn and the working environment trains them responsibility, discipline which are neccesary virtue for a succeful career. Thirdly, starting working at young age generates them real experiences and practical skills that prompt their promotion . They are able to settle their life as soon as possiable, afford to buy house, car and have family.
      On the other hand, achiving high education qualification is obvious advantage for appliants. Especially, the current job market is becoming more and more competitive. Some fields like science research, biotechnology, information technology always require employees professional degrees. Besides, it is definitely true that studying at university and college help people have previous knowledges and lectures’s advices which needs a long time to sum up. These things makes them be adaptable to high position or idea job and have idea salary. Furthermore, higher level education benefits employees in work performance so it is easy for them to get promotion.
      In conclusion, it seems evident that getting a job straight after high school gives people practical experiences and skills while higher education creates us knowledges, creative power which results in productivities.
