On the one hand, there are some reasons why the talented sports receive higher income among employments. One reason is that, they have to undergo many years of training to develop their skills and physical requirements. To become an excellent sports professionals, athletes not only need unique talents but also experience strict diets as well as struggling physical training processes. Another reason is that, fans are willing spend their money supporting their idols. It is easily see that in big contents like World Cup or Olympic Sport, the people ready to book flight from their countries to friend countries to encourage their talents in these competitions or even buy goods which their stars use to appear like them, especially the youngster.
On the other hand, I believe that only paying large incomes for a sport field is unfair for other occupations . First, there are many employments require both intensive knowledge and real experience. For instance, operated doctors, they usually face to emergency circumstances and they often work over time even through all nights. Furthermore, the underserved income may create an imbalance career in the labor market. There may be more people tend to apply to sports fields than others due to the high salaries.
In conclusion, it seems evident that employees should be paid referring to their skills as well as knowledge to encourage them to grow the national economy.
