The graphs provided illustrate information on the percentage of people in Edmonton use transportation and the reason why people use their car in city
Overall, it is apparent that car takes the lead in the proportion of vehicle people use while traveling to work is the most popular activity people use their cars.
As can be seen from the pie chart, it is noticeable that car is the highest proportion of transportation used by city inhabitants at 45% and it is 10% higher than the figure for Light Rail Transit which accounts for 35%. Subsequently, bus and taxi share the smallest figure, which occupy 10%
When it comes to the table, commuting to work is the most preferred activity people use their cars, which is over a half at 55%. Afterwards, the most second popular activity which car is used is business, at 45%, followed by taking children to school, just slightly lower, at 40%. In stark contrast, shopping and leisure activities see the smallest percentage which makes up 15%
