Nowadays, many families have both parents working. Some working parents
believe other family members like grandparents can take care of their
children, while others think childcare centres provide the best care.
Discuss both views and give your own opinion.
Currently, many parents tend to be busy working, and they need to rely on
someone else to take care of their offspring. While some people think
kindergartens can offer the best care, I would argue that it is better for
children to be looked after by their grandparents.
On the one hand, it is believed that youngsters should be sent to childcare
centres for some reasons. Firstly, as staffs of childcare organizations are
well-trained, they have useful skills and wide knowledge in terms baby
care. For instance, when a child gets minor injures including cuts or
bruises, a nanny could give the baby a fist-aid or a general medicine
treatment immediately. Secondly, children can have a chance to make friends
with their peers, which might also increase their communication and
languages abilities. If they are taken care of by their family at home,
they might feel a bit lonesome.
On the other hand, I believe it is better for grandparents to take care of
their grandchildren. The first reason is that they have experience bring up
their own babies. It is easy for grandparents to choose nutrient-rich food
for their grandchild since they used to feed their own children.
Additionally, because of the relationship by blood, family members have the
unconditional love for their offspring. For example, if their child has
difficulty sleeping, they will be likely to read them bedtime stories,
which might be less likely to happen in the childcare industry.
In conclusion, while there are some benefits of children being sent to
childcare organizations, I believe that they should be raised by their own
grandparents.Attachments:
