Whether or not someone achieves their aims is mostly a question of luck. To
what extend do you agree or disagree?
People have different views of individuals’ achievement rely only on
fortune. I completely disagree with this idea.
On the on hand, there are many different ways to be successful. Firstly,
success in any field requires long-term planning and effort. For example,
in football, every club needs to have a group of players who play with each
other years by years, which could assure that they play as a team rather
than a bunch of different footballers. Additionally, it takes time for
managers to try different formations until the most adequate squad is
found. It could also require players to train hard to increase both
physical and psychological strengths. Secondly, people with qualifications
are likely to be successful in their career. It is true that higher
education provides students with a wide range of knowledge and practical
skills which every company needs. As a result, university graduates can
earn a high salary and have a better employment prospect.

On the other hand, luck plays a minor part in success of individuals. One
reason is that, people can not only depend on fortune to achieve their
goals. If a soccer player does not put a lot of effort into training, his
stamina will not be sufficient to the match, no mater how lucky he will be.
Moreover, a person who wins a lottery is totally fortunate because wining a
lottery dose not require you to do anything to earn it. It purely depends
on luck. However, that person can not win the lottery for the rest of his
or her life.

In conclusion, I strongly believe that in order to achieve personal aims in
life, one one must have a good plan and work hard to follow his or her
dreams till the end.
