Overall, it can be generally seen from the figure that significant changes will be mainly made to the north of the town. Moreover, there might appear to be a new dual carriageway which surrounds the whole town.

Looking at the maps for more details show that, to the south, although new housing might be built up, places like school, housing and park will continue to remain the same. Particularly, a lot of alternations are seen near the shops as one row of them will be rebuilt and replaced with a variety of other facilities which are bus station, car park and new housing. Also, states would decide to change main road into pedestrians only. As a result, the reconstruction of the town in general might take up a considerable tract of countryside land.
