The graph below shows the number of enquiries received by the Tourist Information Office in one city over a six month period in 2011.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.

The line graph provides data on the number of questions that were sent to the Tourist Information Office in a city by three ways in the first half of 2011.
Overall, while the number of enquires made in person or by telephone showed the trend of increase, that of letter or email show the opposite. Among three methods, questions received in person underwent the most significant change.
It can be seen that despite starting in January as the least common way with the figure of just over 400 enquires, the number of questions that were asked face to face grew steadily throughout the last five recorded months. Finally, it reached the highest mark of the whole graph at nearly 1900 enquires. Similarly, after a slight decrease in February, the number of people chose to make phone calls increased gradually and climbed to exactly 1600 questions in June.
In terms of letter and email, in January, approximately 800 enquires were received via letter and email, which ranked second among three methods in the first month of the year. However, over six-month period, number of tourists used email and letter to contact dropped considerably, ended in June with a modest number of 400 questions. After six months, letter and email became the least popular way to send enquires.
