The flow chart illustrates how cement is produced with equipment and how it is then used to make concrete for building industry.
Overall, there are 5 steps in the cement producing process which starts from crumbling limestone and clay and ends with bagging cement.On the other hand, producing concrete basically includes one step.
Firstly, to produce cement, a mixture of limestone and clay is moved to a crusher to be transformed into powder.Subsequently, this powder is through a mixer to a rotating heater which has heat applied at the one end of the tube.Before being bagged ready for use the resulting mixture is ground in order to make cement.
While making cement requires a number of tools, the production of concrete requires only a concrete mixer. The main ingredient of concrete is gravel ( small stones), which accounts for 50%. The other materials used are sand (25%), cement (15%) and water (10%).To be combined, these are all poured into a concrete mixer that rotates continuously.That is all to make concrete.Attachments:
