      The charts illustrate the levels of taking part in education and science in developing and developed countries in 1980 and 1990.
      Overall, the numbers of developed countries were double even triple the levels of developing countries which shows the industrialized countries had always paid attention to education and science activities in 2 different years.
      In developing countries, the average years of schooling was less than 3 years in 1980. In 1990, it was over 3 years of schooling. The figure of scientists and technicians per 1000 people in 1980 just over 10. However, in the next year, it was around 20 people. In spite of the increase of scientists and technicians, the number of USD which spending on Research and Development were decline from over 50 billion USD to precisely25 billion USD.
      In developed countries, all the levels of participation in education and science tended to go up. The years of schooling grew from over 8 years to over 10 years by average. The number of people who were sciences or technicians rose from 45 to 70 per 1000 people. And it was a growth from over 100 to over 350 billion USD which spending on R&D.
