The line graph indicates changes in average CO2 emissions per person in four different countries over a period of 40 years.
Generally, the UK and Sweden were responsible for much more CO2 emissions than Italy and Portugal. However, over 40 years, the emissions of the two former decreased while those of the latter increased.
In 1967, UK was responsible for the highest amount of carbon dioxide of roughly 11 tonnes per person whereas the figure of the least CO2 emission country, Portugal, was only at a ton. Over the next 10 years, the amount of exhaust fume in UK decreased slightly while all of the others’ numbers rose significantly by nearly 2 tonnes per person each country.
Until the late 1980s, the average CO2 emssion of Sweden plummeted to about 7 tonnes and was officially overtook by that of Italy which became the new second highest CO2 emission country. At the end of the 40-year period, the countries reduced their pollutant, excepted Portugal with a slight increase to just over 5 tonnes, which was equal to Sweden’s figure at that time. The number of UK and Italy were eventually 7,5 tonnes and 9 tonnes per person, respectively.

Hi bạn, ở đây ko phải mình nói bạn phải thay từ đâu ạ, là mình suggest thêm cho bạn các từ thay thế thôi ạ. Những từ, cụm từ thay thế mình sẽ để sau dấu = đấy ạ.
